What to Do if Tracking Information Isn’t Available
If tracking information is not available or doesn’t update after 24–48 hours, please wait for the carrier’s system to reflect the status. If the tracking number still isn’t working, please contact us for assistance, and we’ll help you track down your package.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your tracking information. We’ll open an investigation with the carrier and work with you to resolve the issue. Depending on the situation, we will either send a replacement or offer a refund.
